Does anyone know if it is possible to create a mortgage auditing database
with Access. Basically, I need a bunch of information checked for throughout
a loan package (mostly yes and no questions). Depending on the accuracy of
the information, each piece of information would recieve a grade. Then I
would need to create reports based on individual employees and what their
grades were for each loan file. Basically 4-5 different employees will have
their hands on a file and each will need to be graded. Each file that the
employee is involved with will be included in the report. The database would
contain approximately 115 records (each record is a loan) at any given time.
I know I am not explaining this very well, but it is difficult if you do not
understand the mortgage industry. My problem is that I notice that Access is
geared more towards ordering information (number type info). None of my info
is number driven? If anyone wants to tackle this question, I can explain
more in detial. Thanks a bunch!
