Can U Print Column Category info for 2003 Pro SP2 Database Diagram

Application:
Visio 2003 Pro SP2

Background :
Database Entity (aka: table) shapes have Database Properties that can be
displayed when they are selected. The Database Properties include the Column
Category. Columns have Physical Name and Note text fields.

Question:
Does anyone know the easiest way to printout a listing of the Physical Name
and Note text fields associated with each Database Entity in a Visio 2003 Pro
file? I can’t find anyway to do this, other than screenshots!
