Can view others calendar using outlook 2007

We just found out that others can look at other(s) calendar, how can we stop
this?
we are using office Professional 2007 with exchange 2005 as the mail server.

Where do you see this? Are they using File, Open, Other users folder or is
this in free/busy?

For individual calendars - right click on the calendar, choose properties
and change the permissions. The exchange admin can use the pfadmin tool to
change everyone's permissions.
