Can Visio org chart include two equal top executives?

We have two executives (co-chairs) of equal position, to whom all other
positions will report, equally. Is it possible to org chart this arrangement
in Visio?

The only way to do this using the Organization chart solution is to have one
shape representing both executives.

Have you considered adding a superordinate position (make a fake one that
both co-chairs report to), make your chart, then select that top box and
change the font, line, shadow, and connector lines all to color "white". I
think as long as you are printing on white paper, it will give the
appearance of two equal positions.
