Can Wacom Volito 2 Tablet & Pen work with OneNote? And how?

MS says in the online tutorial that OneNote works only with Tablet PC.
But I want to use OneNote on my laptop with a usb tablet&pen. Before buying
it, I want know whether they work with each other.

OneNote requires a Windows TabletPC OS for pen functionality. If you
don't have one, then it won't work. The only two OSes that currently
offer tabletpc support is Windows XP TabletPC Edition (which is only
sold with TabletPCs) and Windows Vista (Business or Ultimate Edition),
currently still in beta.

ON2007 certainly works OK with my old Wacom Artpad II. Haven't got
character recognition working but I can certainly draw.

I can draw with my mouse. Digital ink though that allows handwriting
recognition is a different animal and requires what I specified.
