Can we calculate RSD ( relative standard deviation) in Excel

RSD ( relative standard deviation)

=100*ABS(STDEV(data)/AVERAGE(data))

or

=ABS(STDEV(data)/AVERAGE(data))

perhaps formatted as percentage
