We all see it. REPLY ALL without thinking if the entire original group must
see the answer. Just one check box, "are you sure you want to reply all"
would help.
Or, maybe certain of the largest email alias groups could be configured not
to allow "reply all." If our activities director writes to the company about
the picnic, we don't ALL need to know that Mary Sue has a cold.
In my perfect world, I'd require TWO confirmation boxes. First one says
"click OK if you really want to reply to all on this email." The second one
LISTS all these people, and it says "type the word YES here if you want to
send to ......."
