can we insert emoticons like that of yahoo in outlook mails?

are we able to insert emoticons like those we have in yahoo messenger while
sending a mail through outlook? if yes how is it done

Sure, if you compose your message in HTML and embed the pictures. That's a
lok of work, though, for little gain.
