Can we up load an access database file to frontpage

We have over 1700 items we sell online. We now have to change pricing in
approach, frontpage and bcentral. We would like to change over to access and
excel. We want to know if there is a way to upload an access file to
frontpage and bcentral so that we only have to change our prices in one
location.
