Can Word flow charts converted to VISIO?

Would anyone have an answer or be able to direct me to resources for this one?
I have a customer that wants to use Word flow charts in VISIO. They
specifically requested,"I have many MS Word flow charts that I want converted
in to VISIO."

Here are my questions:
1) Is this possible?
2) Is so, is it fairly easy?
3) Are there any web sites that can answer these questions?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated !

It is possible, but not easy. You will need someone to create a program to
read the Word documents and then create an equivalent chart in Visio. The
Word art will be a collection of shapes and text blocks, so the tricky bit
would be trying to put these various bits and pieces together to make a
Visio shape..
