Can Works 7.0 upgrade to Office Std XP?

Is Works 7.0 a legitimate upgrade baseline for Office XP
Standard Upgrade? Or doaes it have to be another 'Office'
product?

Hi Greg,

MS Works is an upgrade qualifier for Office 2003
(current version). It was not a qualifying upgrade
product for Office XP.
