Yes, but ...
A) You will want to make abo-posi-lut-fur-sure-ly sure that the auto-layout
function is turned off and stays off after inserting any images. Otherwise,
you may end up changing your picture of a 5'10" 100 pound secretary into one
that looks like a 4'10" 300 pound one (this would not go over very well).
B) You will want to investigate if the text will show up if displayed over
the image.
Here are the steps:
1) Select your completed org chart
2) turn off auto-layout
3) select a persons shape
4) right click and select format autoshape
5) under the background option select Fill effects from the color pulldown
box
6) Select 'Picture' and 'select picture ...'
7) navigate to the image of the employee and select it
8) manually resize the image's ratio to look correct
If the auto-layout function of OrgChart drawing tool is turned on and any
box is selected, it will resize the box to fit the text causing disfiguring
distortion in the background image.
