Can you auto file sent e-mails according to recipient

I want to auto file e mails I send according to the recipient. ie if I send
an e-mail to Joe Bloggs I want to file the e-mail in the Joe Bloggs file. Is
this possible, I can file the inbound e-mails using the rules but have not
been able to file the out going ones anywhere except the sent file.
