Can you Back-up Outlook Calendar Appointments

How would you Backup Outlook Calendar Appointments? For
Example, I would like to Backup all of my Appointments
for one year, should the comp. crash crash.

You can use the File > Export command to export Calendar to a variety of
formats, the Personal Folder File (*.pst) is specific to Outlook.
