Can you copy or import a custom toolbar between office apps?

I am looking for a way to copy or import a custom toolbar between office
applications. As well, the custom toolbar only appears on the pc that I
created and doesn't travel with me when I log into Outlook at another
computer. Is there anyway to attach it to your profile?
