Can you create a center spread in MS Publisher?

I would like to have 1 photo cover both center pages in a booklet. Is this
possible?

Thanks for responding, but I was hoping for something a little more specific.
If I'm working with 8 1/2x11 pages, I can place the photo over the 2 pages
while working with a 2 page view, but when I go to print it takes a slice out
of the middle, even if I've set my margins to zero. I'm thinking the answer
must lie somewhere with an 11x17 page format, but am unsure of exactly how.
Any specific suggestions?

Your first message hinted that you wanted to place an image in the center page,
in a 4 page setup this would mean the picture would expand pages 2 and 3. It
shouldn't matter what your margins are, it would be the same as placing a
picture on a regular landscape piece of stock.

Is your page setup for a booklet?

Now if you have, let's say, eight pages, and you want the picture centered on
pages 2 and 3, there are procedures you have to go through. Be sure you are
viewing a two page spread. Copy your image, paste, align the two images
precisely, one on top the other. With the cropping tool, crop the top image left
to the center of the page, select the bottom image and crop right to the center
of the page. It should print correctly even with tabloid stock.
