Can you delete private information when forwarding vcard

I like being able to forward my contacts as vcards but since I use Outlook
for contact management, I have several items included that I don't want
anyone else to see. When I recently sent a vcard to an associate, they were
able to view all the e-mails that were attached to that contact. Is there a
way to send simple contact information without sending all my other notes,
files, etc.

The information they were seeing is on their local Outlook message store,
not yours.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
