Can you digitally sign msi installation package created inAcccess

I used the package installation wizard to create an msi package in access
2007. how can I digitlally sign it? There does not seem to be any option to
do so while creating the package?

Do I need to digitally sign it - it will ne installed on customers PC's
without Access installed.
