Can you do sub-categories in Outlook tasks?

I want to be able to further classify tasks within Outlook. So, for example,
if I have a category of Staffing, I want to be able to have subcategories
under that for different positions being filled, e.g. Admin Coordinator,
Sales Rep, and then have tasks under these subcategories.

Categories are categories, but you can group them in such a way that they
show in the way you are asking -- a group for Staffing, with groups for Admin
Coordinator, Sales Rep, etc. showing underneath the Staffing group.
