Are you asking about editing a scanned document that's been stored in
Access?

By the way, scanning is a bit like sending a FAX, you end up with an image.
Can you "edit" an image? Sure, if what you are doing changes the
appearance. But the DATA that's contained/implied in an image is no longer
available, it's just an image.

That said, if you have the proper software, and if the scanned image was
created properly, you might be able to 'reconstitute' the original document,
....
