Can you email a "group" that has been set up in the address book?

I am trying to email a "group" that I have set up in my address book to a
co-worker and have not found a way to do it. I am using Outlook 2000.

Export as a csv file, email to the co-worker, then the co-worker can import
back into Outlook.

If Outlook blocks the file from your co-worker try the following.

Export as a csv file
Change the extension to.tmp
email to co-worker
co-worker saves .tmp file to hard drive
co-worker changes extension back to .csv
co-worker imports back into Outlook
