Can you export and iCal file to Outlook?

I was wondering if there was a way around the exporting
(if not possible) of an iCal file onto Outlook. Or
an .ics file.

I have Office 2003, and I am trying to export an iCal
file from a Mac user. Is there anything else I can
import/export with him using maybe Eudora?
