I'm a newbie using Entourage 2008 and have searched all over and find nothing.

I'm trying to e-mail and print a list of calendar events, which are all in the same category for a group that I belong to and haven't found any way to do this. Can't use the basic Entourage calendar export function since all of the folks getting this list are on PC's and don't have Entourage and many don't have even have Outlook and just use e-mail.

It would seem like it should be a simple and basic task for a calendar program to do.

Is there any other way to organize events other than category which might accomplish this purpose?

Thanks for any assistance

You can still use Categories in Entourage.

To print all items in one category, switch to your Calendar view and
select File --> Print... Click the Layout... button in the Print dialog
and select the option to print items in a category.

To export all items in one category into a format that your Outlook or
other calendar users can import (.ics files) then use switch to your
Calendar view and select File --> New --> Saved Search. Set the criteria
to "Category Is <your category>". Use Edit --> Select All to select all
the found items in your category and then drag these to a folder on your
Desktop. This will create one .ics file per item, which is why you
probably want to drag items into a folder.

Hope this helps!
