can you filter to see a row when a different row contains the crit

I am looking for a way to filter so I can view a row where a different (row
or column) contains the criteria

For instance, I want to see row 2 if cell A1 contains "xyz"

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help :)
