Dell Computer designed my computer with programs installed. The istallation
CD was resent to me, without any CD Keys. I cannot open my Office 2000
Premium, because after the computer program: WINDOWS XP Pro was reinstalled,
the office program, will not allow me to access it. If you look up my
records, you'll find Microsoft charging me mounthly for help, that it did not
supply. Can you recognize my Office, and send me the CVD Key Please. Thank
you, Linda McElroen-Smith

what operating system was originally on the DELL computer?

Did Dell supply the office 2000 premium ?

If Dell supplied both as OEM versions (ie came pre
installed) the Keys should be on the PC case or on the CD
case.

If you have Office application still on the system then you can use this
small tool to get your CD keys:

http://www.magicaljellybean.com/kfbeta.shtml

If you have reinstalled Windows, as you say, then most likely you don't
have any applications on the system in which case I can't help you
except to say that you have to look for your old Cd case/sleeve on which
the keys are normally written.
