Can you have a specific template open on startup?

Instead of the project gallery, I'd like to have a new presentation based on
a custom template open in Powerpoint 2004 for Mac. Is there a way to do
that?

Thanks very much in advance.

Hi,

Yes, you can create a presentation that you want to use as the default,
then save it as a PowerPoint template. Name the file "Blank
Presentation" (without quotation marks).

The Blank Presentation template lives in:
Applications>Microsoft Office 2004>Templates>Presentations>Designs

I think the file can't have the .pot extension on the file name. Also,
be sure to save the original one in case you don't like the one you made
or get tired of it.
