If I understand what you are asking, the answer is "No." Access Controls are
one-on-top-of-another, not at the same level... so one is unaware of the
other, EXCEPT for OptionGroups and the Controls you place within them
(CheckBoxes and Radio Buttons). It's not like Text and Picture Boxes in MS
Word.
However, to make certain someone does understand what you are asking, you
can feel free to use the big white space below your Subject line to explain.
Long subjects are truncated by some newsreaders, so some capable responders
may not have a clue as to what you are asking.
