Can you hyperlink phrases to a certain pg in same word document?

I am trying to link section titles from an introduction pg. of a word
document (like a table of contents) to their assigned page in the same word
document. For example, I want to present my document on an overhead, click
on a certain title and have the document skip right down to that particular
section and page, without having to scroll though the whole document. Is
there a way to do this?

Hi Jen,

Go to each each section title in its place in the document, block it, and
create a bookmark for it. In this example, we'll call the bookmark for the
first section title Section1. Then, at the place in the introduction where
you want a link to the first section title, type HYPERLINK \l Section1. Then
block what you just typed, and press Ctrl+F9. This should add curly brackets
to the field code and create a gray background. Finally, with the cursor
still inside the field code, press F9. You may also need to press Alt+F9. A
hyperlink containing the section title should appear. Repeat these steps for
all your section titles.
