can you link data from pivot tables to text in flowchart shapes?

In Excel, I have some pivot table data which I then manually translate the
numbers into a flow chart, which uses the shapes from the Drawing Toolbar.
The pivot tables are totally stable in terms of categories, but the numbers
change quite regularly.

Is there a way where a link can be created between these shapes and the data
in the worksheets?
