Can you link resources in Project 98

I am developing concurrent projects that share resources. What is the
BEST way to create a master resource Project that will track users time
being allocated to multiple projects

Create a project file containing the resource information to serve as
the resource pool and connect the various projects using the resource to
it using the Share Resources tool. Look for "Resource Pool" in help for
specifics. When you open the resource pool after setting it all up,
Project can build a consolidation file for you automatically.
