Publisher 2003 has a nice photogallery page in it's page template selection.
But then your "idea" of a photogallery may be something different. Different
people think of a gallery in different ways. If you have seen the gallery
offered in FrontPage, Publisher does not have that. You can find lots of
different gallery types built with javascript by visiting any javascript
source web site. Also I believe bravenet.com offers a gallery product.
