Can you make tables in One Note?

Can you make tables in One Note? I really need to be able to make excel or
word type table files in One Note. Is there a way to do that? Is there an
Add-In? Help!!! I really need this capability to be able to use One Note to
takes notes for my financial accounting class. thanks!!!

Not in the current version. You can use the Tab and Enter keys to create
table-like structures which will retain conistent column and row sizes, but
no visible borders or formatting are available.

Tables are added in the next version of OneNote, due later this year.
