I WANT TO FORWARD AN EMAIL THAT HAS ATTACHMENTS. INSTEAD OF THEM BEING
ATTACHMENTS, I WISH TO EMBED THEM IN THE BODY OF THE EMAIL. IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Actually, RTF is what will show the attachment in the BODY of
the message.

Microsoft has a page that explains this with a few pictures:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA012319531033.aspx

Depending on the format of the message that you receive,
attachments will appear in two different places in the message.

If the message format is HTML or plain text, attachments
will appear in the attachment box below the Subject line.

The format in which a message is composed is indicated in the
title bar at the top of the message.

Format for creating email:
- Open your TOOLS menu
- Select OPTIONS
- Select the MAIL FORMAT tab

You would need to change the FORMAT of the message you
received by selecting the OPTIONS and then select RICH
TEXT as the Format.
