Outlook should be able to parse it correctly. If I type in an address any
old how then it comes out wrongly and a box opens up. Surely it can put the
state in the right place and validate the town against a ZIP code. You could
ship a ZIP code lookup table with Word and people wouldn't need to even enter
the town and state.
The problem is even worse for overseas addresses - I'd expect you to know
that Leeds and London are towns for example and put them in the appropriate
fields. Surely you can test for the major cities of the world.
Your parsing of addresses in Outlook is atrocious and has been for years.
