Can you programmatically set the default form for a folder

I have created a custom form based on Contacts. We want this form to
be the default form for the Contacts folder. We have created a word
document that has some code to automate the publishing of the form to
the Contacts folder.

Is there any way that we can script the setting of this custom form to
be the default form for the Contacts folder?
