Can you re-create the Reporting Database

Our reporting Database is not in Sync with the Published Database. For some
reason (following a server migration 2007 to 2007) two projects that have
been deleted from the publish db still exist in the reporting db.

Can anyone give any advise on how to get the two db's back in sync
