Can you reorganize structure in Microsoft Project?

I would like to apologize ahead of time for butchering verbage in
trying to explain my issue. I will do my best in presenting my
question to you. I am designing a large project using the "master
project - sub project" dependency functionality. I want to create a
text column labeled WBS and label my structure accordingly. I've been
unsuccessful in automating this function but that is a whole other
issue entirely. What I would like to do is create another column
(either text or outline code) and define it as my Organizational
Breakdown Structure. Can I reorganize my structure (indentures) to
reflect my Organizational structure within the same project file? If
so, how? I will attempt to display this question visually:

WBS OBS WBS
OBS
1 Program 1) 1.1.1
BP
1.1 Govt 2) 2.1.1
CSC
1.1.1 US 3) 3.1.1
US
1.1.1.1 Integrator
1.1.1.1.1 BP
1.1.1.1.1.1 CSS
1.1.1.1.1.1 CSC

These two structures don't match up equally. My example to the far
right shows the WBS 1.1.1 could be a BP description in the OBS but
doesn't follow the same structure (when considering indentures). Can
it be done? Please HELP!!! Thanks for your time.

Thank you very much. I in fact did that yesterday and discovered that
functionality. Sorry that my illustration was a bit sketchy. It
looked fine when I sent it, then it presented itself out of the
original format for your viewing. Thanks again for the help.
