Can you reply to a form?

I have created a form and published it to our companies organizational forms
library. When I send the form to a recipient they are unable to reply and
receive an error message stating the form could not be loaded. How do I fix
this ?

Did you modify the Reply action on the (Actions) page of the form's design to use a different form for the reply?

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at http://www.microsoft.com/office/com...spx?dg=microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms
