can you retrieve an accidentaly closed worksheet?

I accidentally closed a workbook that I had not saved is there a way of
retrieving it?

If it was a new workbook that you started just during that session, I'm
afraid you've lost it, unless you had AutoSave engaged. If it was a file you
opened from an existing location, it's still there......
