I need to save a .doc as web archive so that my graphics get saved in
one file instead of a separate folder. Is there a way to do this? I know
you can do it in windows word.

Thanks!

Hi Alan,

I'm having a bit of a problem understanding exactly what you mean by saving
the graphics "all in one file."

Do you want to create a single document that has no words, just the
graphics? I think you could drag the images to the Office Clipboard (View >
Office Clipboard) and then put them into a new blank document. Use File >
Print (Word X) and choose to save the document as PDF.

If you want to save all the images as individual graphics files in a single
folder, create the new document as I described above, then use File > Save
As Web Page. All the images will then be saved into a single folder (just
ignore the htm file created). The quality of the images saved will depending
upon the settings you choose in the web options preferences.
