Can you send an Outlook 2003 mail merge with an attachment and a C

I would like to do a simple Word-Outlook mail merge and attach a letter and
add a CC. Is it possible and if so how?

The code can be modified to add either a single cc or a cc extracted from
the data source in a manner similar to that used to extract the addressee's
email address.
