Can you set up an audible alarm from multiple accounts?

Can you get an email alarm from multiple accounts on the same desktop with
Outlook? (Same) Outlook Express?

If so, how?

Accounts doesn't have to do anything with it. Delivery location does.
Outlook will (can) only play sounds for messages that are being delivered to
the default delivery location.
