Can you "share" a workbook via email?

Need to have people located in different update a worksheet.
They will not all have access to the same server to store the workbook - so
we would like to know if we can set up the workbook to accept changes (like
track changes in word) with myself having the master copy and being able to
accept changes.

I am using Microsoft Excel 2002.

any assistance would be great

It's a miserable job to find differences between two copies of the same original
workbook.

If you really want them to update the workbook, let one user update it, then
have that person send it to the second user.

Or just have one user work as the typist--all changes go through that one
person.
