Can you stop Excel from asking "want to save changes" of an earlier-version file?

Hi!

Excel appears to ask "Do you want to save changes...?" even when there
has been no change, if the file was saved by an earlier-version Excel.
Can you stop Excel from doing it?
It's very inconvenient.

A "change" could just be navigating to a different range in th
workbook.

A bit "dangerous" because then you will not be prompted before closing
so could lose changes unless you have saved manually.

Use this in the WorkBook Before_Close event :-
ThisWorkbook.Saved = True
