Can you view attachments within message composition window?

Does anyone know if it's possible to view attachments within the body of an email that I'm composing - as you can do with Mail (Mac)? I found this a very useful feature as you can check visual stuff one last time before emailing. I've checked the preferences item for 'Show attached pictures and movies in messages' but this only seems to refer to received mail, not composed mail. Anyone out there know?

Use "Insert" rather than "Attach." If you don't have an Insert button on
your toolbar, add it via View > Customize Toolbar.
