Can youreally run a business on Business Contact Manager?

To whom it may concern:

As an owner of a marketing company in Sacramento implementing CRM systems, I
get the general feel that Microsoft's BCM is NOT a great product for CRM -
kinda low end without good support for general questions (unless you want to
pay each time). Many are looking at Salesforce.com.

Comments? Thoughts?
