Canadian Holidays for 1500 users have the wrong date

The wrong date is in outlook as a statutory holiday for August. It reads
August 8th, 2005 and it should be August 1st, 2005. Is there an easy was to
change this for all 1500 workstations? Can I push out something to each of
them?
