Cancel a delivery receipt that has been sent

I responded yes to a delivery receipt request but did not realize that the
email had been sent to my office email address. I am on the road and will not
be back in the office for at least two weeks and it keeps trying to send the
reply but to no avail as I am not on that server. It does not show in my
outbox what can I do to cancel it?
