Cancel a message that has started to transmit

I've sent a message that appears to be too big to be delivered.
How can I cancel it, now it has already started to be transmitted!

It's more fun to go to your Outbox and try to delete it, or move it to
Drafts.

Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]

In Outlook - File->Work Offline. Close Outlook completely (check task
manager) Open Outlook and either delete from the Outbox or move to drafts.

Then uncheck File->Work Offline.
