Cancel Meeting Command

I have scheduled an meeting and want to cancel so that I can inform invitees
of cancelation. When I open the meeting only a Cancel Invitation Command is
available in Action area. I have put the Cancel Meeting in Quick Command
Toolbar but it will not work.

How do I get Cancel Invitation onto Action Area??

Did you send the original meeting request? If so, I would thin
"Cancel Invitation" would do what you want. Did you try simply deletin
the meeting from your calendar? If you are the organizer, Outloo
should ask you is you want to inform the other attendees that th
meeting is being cancelled
